Estate Cleanout Dumpster Rental

Clearing a family home is hard enough. The logistics should be the easy part.

Does it fit the 13-yard?

Estate and whole-home cleanouts are the jobs our 13-yard was built for: furniture, clothing, decades of accumulated household goods. Many estates fill one box; large or very full homes take a second by swap, we drop a fresh container when the first is full so the work never stalls.

The deal: one flat rate quoted upfront, delivery and pickup included, next-day standard across Carroll, Howard, Montgomery, and Frederick counties. Call or text (240) 703-9699.

Estate cleanout loading tips

  • Walk the house with family FIRST and tag what stays, the box makes decisions feel permanent.
  • Work room by room, not house-wide, finished rooms keep morale up.
  • Donate what has life left, charities in all four counties take furniture in good shape, and it lightens the load.
  • Take the timeline you need. The box sits on the driveway so the family can work at its own pace.

What can't go in the dumpster

Estate cleanout questions

Good to know

How many dumpsters does an estate cleanout take?
Modest homes often finish in one 13-yard. Larger or fuller homes take two by swap. Describe the house when you call and we will plan the swaps so the work never waits.
Can you deliver while the family is out of town?
Yes. Tell us where to place the box, nobody needs to be home for delivery or pickup.
What should NOT go in during an estate cleanout?
Chemicals, paint, propane tanks, and refrigerant appliances, the usual no-list. Also watch for documents worth shredding instead of tossing, and check pockets and drawers before furniture loads.
