Can a contractor load our box?

Yes, plenty of homeowners rent the box and let their crew load it. Just share our what-cannot-go-in list with them.

Does construction debris cost more to dump?

Weight drives disposal cost. Standard remodel debris is fine in a 13-yard; very heavy loads like full-tile bathrooms are worth mentioning upfront so we can quote it straight.

Concrete and dirt from the remodel?

Tight limits, small amounts only. Tell us first, heavy masonry sometimes wants a different disposal path than the box.
