✓ Load shingles flat and level, a heaped shingle box is overweight before it looks full.
✓ Keep flashing, nails, and underlayment in the box with the shingles, it all disposes together.
✓ Double-layer or cedar-shake tear-offs are heavier jobs, describe the roof honestly and we will size the plan, not oversell you.

Will one 13-yard handle my whole roof?

For most single-layer asphalt roofs on typical homes, yes. Bigger roofs or double-layer tear-offs may need a swap, we drop a fresh box when the first fills. Tell us your roof size when you book and we will give you a straight answer.

Can shingles and other debris mix in the box?

Shingles, underlayment, flashing, and rotted decking can all go together. Keep hazardous items and appliances out, same rules as any load.

Why do roofers care about weight limits?

Shingles run heavy, a full 13-yard of them weighs far more than a 13-yard of household junk. Disposal is billed by weight, which is why we talk weight upfront on roofing jobs instead of surprising you after the dump.
